My goal was to develop a new brand approach for Feine Häuser, supported by JK21 STUDIO. Through our attention to detail, we implemented a design that represents Feine Häuser's quality, enabling it to focus on the luxury market.
The goal of Feine Häuser was to strategically position the company. Managing Director Angelika Sedlar aimed to address the luxury market in the Burgenland and Vienna regions. To achieve this, it was necessary to reflect the expected quality of this market through an appropriate design.
This goal was achieved after the rebranding. Customers began to approach Feine Häuser with certain expectations, and the quality of the website made it clear what quality they could expect.

The design should be luxurious and exude luxury. Therefore, we chose a simple yet elegant navigation for the site.
It was important to integrate the personality of the managing director into the website. Customers should get a sense of who is behind Feine Häuser.
The pricing structure of a company, especially in the creative market, is often subjective. However, from a certain quality level, it is important that the price reflects this quality. Our goal was to make the price as clear as possible.
Interior design becomes interesting once the customer is involved in the design process, but the guidance remains with the designer.
